I'm surprised to see that they're looking into buying Swiss luxury brands; I suppose it makes sense since the name and logo are 80% of the appeal, but wow.

Given their target of $18k and up, what companies do you think would be targets?

Not that many options which would have a broad appeal. Breitling seems to be the best possibility. A private equity firm bought a controlling share last year.

Interesting. CVC sold off their share in Formula 1 and have now bought Breitling. I wonder if CVC will behave with Breitling as much as they did with Formula 1 i.e. line their own pockets?
