Question fotos are not sharp

Hello guys

I allways had sharp fotos via tapatalk
Some time ago i got a message from them to upgrade to VIP
Because the fotos were suddenly not sharp
So I upgraded to VIP but the fotos remain unsharp
Any ideas what I can do?
I use my Iphone and not my laptop
I upload the fotos directly from my Iphone

Are you choosing the largest (original) file size when you post?

Its funny up till now I could only made the choice out of two medium and small
And now I tried and I could use ,,original,
So it works fine now

I think tapa might be shrinking the image
