Okay so here's some random pictures I had in my Pixelsbin that are at least somewhat up close with the insert visible. The difficulty is the platinum that is used changes color depending on the lighting. As far as the one he sent you pictures of, ask for some different angles and different lighting. The one key is the depth and uniformity of the genuine platinum PVD application. This cannot be replicated by paint. At first glance in one picture it looks decent but it's also overlit so difficult to tell color tone, when looking more towards the number six, It doesn't appear to have as much depth as the genuine.

I really appreciate your response and pictures, you are awesome!!! And after talking to this guy in depth, I’ve realized it will cost a lot more then anticipated. He was saying 10$usd each, then when I got into details I found out it will cost about 30k for the moq. Even with funding that is way too much. 500 is moq and he wants about 58$ usd each before shipping. I’d love a 1:1 sub c bezel but unless I can find 499 other people to join in on this party it doesn’t seem possible.

Its like @Rx4Time said. No platinum paint or method can replicate 1:1 the genuine numbers. You can have a spongebob treatment done and it will be 85% there but still not quite oem.
