For some time now I have 4 gorgeous watches and no straps.

Some people from HB or RWI may be even familiar with my ill advised attempt of making my own straps, lol.

Finding a fitting strap is hard, at least for me.
1. What style, color and texture do I feel fits the particular watch best?
2. Does it also fit my persona, my life style and dress code?
3. Is it comfortable to wear?

Recently, I looked into ordering some straps made by 'colareb' which really resonated with me, yet, I was still stuck on deciding.

Then, in my research, I stumbled upon the amazing strap guide made by 'Bulang and Sons".
http://magazine.bulangandsons.com/category/strap-guide/

This really helped me to decide.

In the following pages I'd like to highlight a few particular watches and straps that I enjoyed the most.

The Rolex Datejust "Wide boy" in Grey

What a delicious watch! I feel any strap goes well with this one. :)

Thank you, Rush!
This is also one of my favorites and it actually was this combo that made me interested to consider a suede strap for my steel/white Daytona.

Thank you, @Kilowattore!

I'm still struggling to find a fitting strap for my PAM 338.
Could you be so kind and recommend one, please?
Orloff can make maybe the best (imho) crocodile straps in the world for less than 100 euro. His vacchetta leather is a classic too, similar to Dirk but with that handmade feel.
DiStefano is another great source for great quality straps though a little more expensive.
I don't think vintage look would fit 338 but you could try bakeka, or Manifatture Serioso for more rugged style.
