From pyjamas to a suit, i think the aquanaut suits most occasions. Name me another watch that can cover that range as well

I can’t think of any watch that goes from black tie to pyjamas.

Whether itss aud25k if I buy from AD with years on wait list or usd25k grey market, i think the v6f with a re-lume makes it nwbig

I’m keen on both. The problem is accessibility. Where can we find one?

I'm always interested in an aquanaut to see how it looks on my wrist, but not interested enough to want to pay good rep prices for it... so I look around DHGate every now and then to see if I can find a decent one that's not too pricey. I know it's going to be one of those watches I either really love or SUPER hate.

You're right,
I am really struggling to name one. If it was available with closed back I would buy one now. But I hate silly movements with non functional bits stuck on with super glue.
Also I won't shell out all that money for a Gen. Simple three hander with date and a movement which has a balance cock not even a bridge and is effectively not any better than a 2824 and probably not as good as a 2892 . Ok the edges of the plates are nicely polished.

Please Factories make these in closed back !

I’ve never paid much attention to these but looking at all the pics here I would agree, quite nice!

Same feeling here. There is an aquanaut on DHgate which I ordered and still waiting to receive. If it’s as good as the nautilus version it’s good enough for me.

The v6f with a2824 can still be had for about $280 from memory. Very good value imo

For some reason, I can't get past it looking like a globe with lines of longitude and latitude....
