Hi all,

I am new here and in desperate need of help. I have sold an antique clock and need to ship it. It is currently running. Nowhere on the internet can I find how to ship this clock. Specifically, do I need to stop it before shipping. If so, how do I do that? I am ignorant when it comes to clocks despite my mother working in the antique clock business for over 30 years. I am ashamed to admit this. I do not want to cause damage to this clock prior to shipping or during shipping. Thanks in advance for your help!

If it were me me id talk to a shipping company for advice. You'll probably need specailist packaging and shipping with plenty of insurance
