42 is fine and I luv the 482. But 38 is ridiculous for any watch unless you’re female especially a Pam.

Some guys just have small wrists.

I love many of the sub ~40mm watches and wish I could rock them. Alas, 8" wrists make them look way too small on me.

Still waiting on that 45mm Daytona to come out. :p

I do not like this idea at all. Pams are known for being different in look and style, as well as their size. It is understandable from a business point of view to “expand” their sizes but it takes away from their uniqueness. After all, if you have small wrists you should not get a pam or just get it and don’t care what anyone thinks. Period.

As a Panerai lover, a Panerai should be 44mm or 47mm. Everything below 44mm is not a true Panerai (to me). When they released the 42mm models I was like ehhh ok? But 38mm is a f#cking joke!

It's just a fashion thing. For many years watches were rarely bigger than 36mm and peoples wrists weren't any smaller. I have big wrists but am happy to wear big or small watches.

Both look fine. Just one is big and the other is small.

Those are nice. What Piaget is that? Is it gen or rep?

The Piaget is Gen and a very rare one. Of all the mechanical Piaget Dancers made, very few had Date. More interestingly it is one of the extremely rare Piaget watches not to have an in-house movement (I think it may even be the only one) The movement is a JLC

Daytona you mean is not manly?

Daytona is 40mm like the sub. This to me is minimum for a mans watch and borderline. I much prefer the size of the 42 planet ocean. I wouldn’t be caught dead with a 36 or 38 unless caught in a 1980s time warp. But that’s just me.

I’ve got a 36mm dj and the 37mm jf 15450. Both suit my 6.75” wrist very well, especially with more formal attire.
