Hey, Gang! It's HUMPDAY today, so let's all hump something or someone, heh!
Anyhoots, today's ride is this SEIKO 5 Sports automatic (7s36) which I picked up from WISH.COM, so I know it's a rep but it's a great looking rep -- even has an exhibition case back proclaiming 23 jewels from the Seiko Watch Co. Regardless, for $49 it has a fine patina, bracelet, dial, and case (IMHO) Today, in my demented state of mind, I ordered another Seiko, Diver this time, automatic, on rubber with a PEPSI bezel. I'll show it off when it arrives. Truth be told, this black dial and related dial markings has just GRABBED my attention. dave:

Hi, Mates! I hope you all are doing your best to stay sane during these troubling times. Just stay safe and stay health. If the U.S.A. and the World could survive the Great Pandemic of 1918-1919, so can we! I'm counting on it!
Today is PAMSDAY, so here's a piece from The Gate I almost put up for sale recently; but then at the last minute, I had a change of heart. Although I don't wear gold too well, somehow this one was acceptable. Being Gate quality, it has some shortcomings: the POWER RESERVE dial is fixed; the GMT hand is adjustable but doesn't follow the rhythm of the movement. Still, as an automatic, it looks, runs & feels GREAT! dave:

Happy Friday, All! Keep safe; keep healthy.
For wonderous Friday, this recently acquired (from an rwg mate) this GATE BREITLING SEA WOLF rep on sailcloth strap. I knew it was NOT top shelf going in to this, but it looked so damn nice -- and it IS: the lume on the hands and bar hour markers light up well and it feels good on the wrist; of course, it has its flaws (it's an inexpensive rep) like the lack of an HE valve @ nine and other stuff, but we buy watches we like and WEAR them; that's the name of the game. dave:
