To start off the new week: this gen TAG HEUER AQUARACER 500M, which is no longer made; while on a cruise recently, I had to show it to a TAG sales person who had never heard of it. (As senior members of RWG know, it was purchased back in June of '10 by my wife.) Very rugged. I swear it must have a ten-year battery in it because it runs quite well after all these years. dave:

With all my quartz watches, once I take them off and polish them to remove any skin oils, I ALWAYS pull out their crowns to stop their movements. With this AQUARACER, it's what I always do; the fact it still runs strong after more than nine years just amazes me, Frederico. I AM curious about the battery but don't want to open the case back of a GEN like this to investigate.
