Hi, Gang!
It's HUMPDAY, so let's get out there and do some "humping," whatever that means! heh!
For today, a repeat of Tuesday's post of the newly arrived IWC Pilot's Watch Chrono, which I now believe to be a true "Fake." After doing some quick research on this model, I failed to find a gen IWC that matched this watch. Of course, I KNOW if I'm wrong about this, a faithful mate will point it out to me. dave. Hi, Group!
Today is PAMSDAY in my world--wearning Pams in rotation. I like them because they certainly ARE different; and for these old eyes, they're really easy to read the time. TODAY: Pam BRONZO, picked up in a M2M sale. Nice & heavy!! dave:
HI, Gang! Welcome to the weekend!
For this occasion, a "new/old" ROLEX DSSD (Blue) I just received from The Gate. VERY fast shipment too -- only eleven days from order to receipt!! I call this my "old/new" because I had a copy of the James Cameron version a while back but sold it for some strange reason; since then, seller's regret. I finally snagged one from PERFECTWATCHES on The Gate; it's nice, I suppose, with good fit and finish on the case and bracelet; excellent power reserve with the A2813 movement (more than 48 hours), etc., but I'm not happy with the dial: the two-toned blue/black is not intense enough, with the blue being too light and too small. Well, what did I expect for $77? That's just how it is with The Gate. dave:
