Something I think everyone can find handy. Comes from https://www.bobswatches.com/rolex-bracelets

Rolex is known for its innovative and beautifully crafted timepieces. Though their watches may vary greatly, Rolex only offers a handful of bracelet/strap types including:
  • Oyster
  • President
  • Jubilee
  • Pearlmaster
  • Leather
Modern Rolex watches mark each bracelet with a unique reference number, which can only be seen when you remove the bracelet from the watch case. The last digit on the unique reference number refers to the type of material.
0 = Stainless Steel
1 = Yellow Gold Filled
2 = White Gold Filled or Stainless Steel & Platinum
3 = Stainless Steel & Yellow Gold
4 = Stainless Steel & White Gold
5 = Gold Shell or 18k Pink Gold or Rose Gold
6 = Platinum
7 = 14k Yellow Gold
8 = 18k Yellow Gold
9 = 18k White Gold
THE FINEST IN CRAFTSMANSHIP

The craftsmen at Rolex have carefully studied the ergonomics, robustness, reliability and aesthetics of their bracelets, ensuring that they match the specific personality of the timepiece they are linked with. Like everything with Rolex, their design and development is guaranteed to impress.
OYSTER BRACELETS
Introduced in the late 1930s, the Oyster bracelet is probably the most popular Rolex bracelet because of its durability. Offering flat three‑piece links, this bracelet is less prone to stretching. Many view the Oyster as the sportier band. Currently, this band appears on the entire range of Professional watches.

LEATHER
There are a number of different Rolex models which sport a leather watch strap. In fact, the first Rolex wristwatches produced by young Hans Wilsdorf and his partner were produced with leather straps. These stylish watch straps have been produced in several colors depending on your model.

ROLEX CLASPS

No other part of the watch receives more wear and tear than the clasp. The clasp is an extremely important element of the watch, ensuring that the watch remains securely connect to you. Rolex offers three types of clasps:
    • Regular Clasp
    • Crownclasp or Concealed Clasp
    • Oyster-Lock Clasp
Like the bracelet, the clasp also has reference number. It is engraved to the right of the Rolex logo stamp in the center of the clasp. This number should match the number on the bracelet.
