Chrono24. Seller advertises with unbranded buckles. You can ask him for Panerai branded ones as well. Cost me $65 if I recall correctly.

I purchased this from Amazon, I believe, several years ago and either never wore it or wore it ONCE, as it's too flashy for my tastes. Great piece from So-Co New York, with an active GMT hand. Nice blue face and all, but I never could get into it. (This is part of my rarely-if-ever-worn-watch thread. Will probably put it up for sale later. dave:

For today, another little worn gem, this HUBLOT BIG BANG "TUIGA" Chronograph purchased M2M purchased a while back. I loved the color of the dial, bezel, and strap PLUS I didn't have a BB like this one. Feels and looks very elegant -- like I should be driving a Ferrari instead on a Nissan, heh! dave:
