It's been getting a little cold down here in the southern hemisphere.
This calls for mulled wine of an evening.
Recipe:
1 bottle of cab sav, 1 orange cut into <1 cm slices (I slice it through the whole circumference so they look pretty), 2 - 3 cinnamon sticks whole, 2 star anise, 6 -7 cloves whole, and a teaspoon of agave. Heat gently to taste : )
