Hey, Gang! It's HUMPDAY today!!
On the wrist for this day is a newly acquired ROLEX SUB (C) on a nicely finished s/s bracelet. Physically, it's a beaut; mechanically, not so: it runs anywhere from 15 minutes behind to an hour and 15 minutes behind (after laying on its caseback for over an hour); obviously, the movement has a problem which I'll have one of my jewelers/watchsmith take a look at it. As a seasoned, long time seller, I know these things happened (& has happened to me, as well.) They're "REPS," so one has to prepare for this. Still, it's a nice-looker. dave:

Hi, Gang!
On this PAMSDAY, I reached into the dark recesses of one of my watch boxes and snagged this good looking PAM BRONZO I hadn't worn for a while. Took her out, polished her up and gave her a good wind & has been going strong all day/night. The pics of this are old ones. dave:

Hey, MATES!! It's the start of a new weekend already, so let's move along!
Today, this INVICTA Pro Diver "Professional" with Japan quartz movement (Model #14051) A great looker, it lacks a screw down crown for its claimed 200m water resistance rating. I sent INVICTA a letter asking about it; as someone who used to dive and snorkel, I've never had or seen a dive watch lacking a screw down crown. I'm waiting for a reply. Understand, I LOVE INVICTAS; sometime they do things that don't make sense. dave:
